Håvard Werkland is widely renowned in the world of cuisine. He was named Norway’s Chef of the Year in 2023, and has represented Norway on several occasions in the prestigious Bocuse d’Or world culinary championships. For several years, he served as Assistant Head Chef at the Michelin Star Restaurant Speilsalen.
